Superior Street Partners is a private equity firm that focuses on investing in small and medium sized businesses.      The mission of Superior Street Partners is to invest in small companies with attributes that have positioned them for success.   Working with management, we will build on prior success, and provide guidance to enable the companies to move towards their full potential.   Funding comes from the founders' own capital, a network of high net-worth individuals, and relationships with several insitutional capital partners. Superior Street Partners is more than just another private equity firm.  Our intent is to provide more than board level support to our investments.  In conjunction with the goals of continuing shareholders, we will be as active as each situation requires.   Given that we have no defined holding period, our focus is on long term value creation.  Further, our commitment to the shareholders, employees and communities that we invest in will be unwavering.   Superior Street Partners is a flexible investor.    In addition to buy-out transactions/majority control positions, we will consider minority ownership (non-control) positions in a company through mezzanine investments.
