We look to invest in manufacturing, service or distribution companies with the following attributes:  EBITDA of $750,000 to $2,000,000.  We will selectively look at larger transactions. Based in the Midwest.  We will look at special situations in other areas, primarily East of the Mississippi. Owners or mangement teams that wish to continue with the business or will commit to a transition period of at least one year.
